Homeowners who can no longer stay in the home, have been turned down for a loan modification, or have already listed their property for sale, should come to learn more about short sales and to find out what options are still available. Homeowners will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with their servicers and may also speak to housing counselors onsite. Real estate professionals (with a third-party authorization or executed Short Sale Agreement in place) are welcome to accompany their homeowner clients in conversation with the servicer.

While the homes on the market keep going down the number of closed homes is about average for peak of the summer… Phoenix remains one of the best places to be for buyers in the country.

Sasha’s Sizzling Home Selections May 2011
WOW is it May already?? Right now we have 34,465 homes on the market. I’ll tell you March is always busy in the Valley but this year it was a record! The 5th busiest month in real estate with 8,482 homes sold. Last month we had 3,246 homes closed and 13,406 homes are currently under contract.
